Much is still uncertain with the approaching hurricane, with that being said, the UF Track will be closed on Tuesday regardless of the path. For this reason, Angela and I will host a team workout on Monday morning at Westside park instead. This will allow us to complete our scheduled Tuesday workout a day early before the storm possibly hits. There will be NO Tuesday practice!
We will meet at Westside Park at 7:00 AM. The team warm-up will start at 7 and then we will do our team drills starting at 7:20 together. From there, we will break into groups and complete the workout.

Runners will meet at the Westside Park Pool Entrance. This is right where the Melon Run and Frank Shorter 1 mile Run finishes and were we had the long run today.
