Long Run:
If you're doing your long run, meet at 7:00 AM for team drills and then the run will start right after down the Hawthorne Trail. Feel free to loop back at 8 am and run in the race as the final part of your long run.
Race:
If you're racing, please show up at 7:00 AM to get your bib number and then start your warm up jog at 7:15. After a 15-20 min easy run, do drills, strides and prepare to race.
