Free Team FTC 5k Track Meet
You're invited to the Fall Team FTC 5k at Fred Cone Park Track! All members of Team FTC and the Florida Track Club, as well as their families, are welcome to compete in this event for free. There will be NO day of race registration, so if you want to be timed, please sign up by tonight. If you don't, you can still run but you will not show up in the results. It's free to sign up, so please do so if there is any chance you'll be running. We will offer several pace groups to help runners set personal bests! Come on out and join in on the fun! If you do not wish to race a 5k, please let me know if you're willing to pace a group in one or both races for a workout.

6:15 PM: Warm up
7:00 PM: 5k Heat 1: All runners below 21:00 for Finish Time Goal.
~7:30 PM: 5k Heat 2: All runners above 21:00 for Finish Time Goal. All paces are welcome in this race and there will be no cutoff time!
